Dr. Harinderjit Kaur is an accomplished academician and management professional with 14+ years of diverse experience in education and corporate sectors. Since 2019, she has been working as an assistant professor at Ishan Institute, contributing to academics, placements, seminars, and institutional growth. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, MBA in Finance & Marketing, M.Ed., B.Ed., and B.Com., backed by a Diploma in Computer Applications. Her research includes over 5 published papers, 2 authored books (2024), and presentations at 7+ national and international conferences. She has successfully guided over 17+ research projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is a recipient of the Best Event Organizer Award from Ishan Group and actively contributes to multiple committees including Editorial Board, Women Welfare, and the Placement Cell.
