The students of BBA and B. Com. from Ishan Institute of Management and Technology went on an Industrial Visit to the New Holland Tractor Manufacturing Factory on 22nd February 2024. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industrial operations and manufacturing processes, complementing their classroom learning with real-world experience. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the entire production workflow and gain insights into modern machinery, automation, and quality control in the agricultural equipment sector.
Accompanying the students were Dr. Harinderjit Kaur, Ms. Bhavna Chauhan, and Mr. Vishal Dixit, who guided and mentored them throughout the visit. The faculty members ensured that students explored every aspect of the factory’s functioning, encouraging questions and discussions to deepen their understanding. The visit proved to be highly informative, helping students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
