Ishan Institute of Management and Technology organized an insightful Workshop on CV Writing and LinkedIn Profile Optimization on 28th March 2024 at 11:00 AM. The session was conducted by Ms. Mona Singh and Ms. Geeta Rani, Assistant Professors at the institute.

She also discussed common mistakes to avoid and how to tailor resumes to specific job descriptions for maximum impact.
Ms. Geeta Rani addressed the growing importance of LinkedIn in modern job searching and professional networking. She taught students how to optimize their LinkedIn profiles, highlighting essential elements such as a strong headline, effective summary, work experience, skills, endorsements, and recommendations. She also shared practical strategies on how to expand professional networks, follow companies, connect with recruiters, and apply for jobs directly through the platform.
The workshop was highly interactive and provided practical tips to help students prepare for real-world job applications, making it a valuable learning experience.
