The students of B.Com. from Ishan Institute of Management and Technology visited Maruti Rub Plast Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida on 21st February 2024 as part of their Industrial Visit program. This visit provided the students with firsthand exposure to real-time industrial processes, offering them valuable insights into the workings of a modern manufacturing unit. During the visit, students closely observed the company’s production workflows, quality control measures, and the integration of advanced machinery and automation technologies.
The visit played a crucial role in bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and their practical application, especially in areas such as supply chain management, operations, and industrial practices. It enhanced their understanding of how manufacturing systems operate and the strategic importance of each component within the production cycle.
The students were accompanied and guided by Ms. Mona Singh and Mr. Rahul Kumar Maurya, Assistant Professors, who provided academic context and mentorship throughout the visit.
