Ishan Law Journal is an annual peer-reviewed journal dedicated to offering an open access platform for author’s original work in order to emphasize the importance and multidisciplinary approach to law. The journal is guided by the principles of care, precision, and impartiality to achieve a twin goal: to publish a journal of value to attorneys and to provide educational knowledge of value to students. With the goal of fostering legal study, the journal accepts research papers, articles, short notes, book reviews, and case comments. Its goal is to provide a platform for the legal community to discuss a variety of legal matters. It encourages publications in the setting of law that address complicated issues in subjects such as sociology, political science, public policy, and economics in the context of law. The journal expresses its firm belief in the concepts of justice, equity, and morality.
The journal aims to capture the evolving legal conception and effectively accept change with a progressive mindset. Currently, the journal’s editorial and review board is made up of experienced lawyers, learned academicians, and law students from renowned law schools.
Ishan law journal will be at the forefront of building connections between communities and higher education institutions.
